If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer the ability to return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Non-refundable:
- All PPE (Including masks, gloves, shields, etc.)
- All Disinfectants (Wipes, solutions)
Process:
- Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested

- Secondly, we will then send you instructions.
- If the product is eligible for refund, we will issue a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Once we have received and inspected the product a refund will be issued within 10 days.
Kill & Clean Solutions seeks to ship any order placed before 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time the next day. Orders are shipped between Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm MST on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
In most cases, orders are delivered within 3-15 days. Please be aware that due to demand for our products, there could be delays due to warehouse processing times.
Our preferred shipping method is Canpar ground courier for orders in North America. For all other international orders, we may use Canada Post, FedEx or UPS.
